   c. Full payment is required upon project completion. Failure to complete payment within 4 weeks of completion will void all warranties.

   a. We offer a 10-year warranty on the full installation of driveways and patios, subject to full payment within the specified timeframe.

7. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**

   a. We do not offer refunds once a project has commenced, but will conduct any necessary remedial work.

   b. A 14-day cooling off period is provided from the date of accepting a quote.

   c. Early commencement of work at the customer's request waives the cooling off period, applying the no refund policy.

   d. Deposits are non-refundable if a project is cancelled after the 14-day period.

   e. Necessary remedial work is carried out under warranty terms.
